Mimir Privacy Policy

Mimir is a meeting-minutes app that works 100% on your device. This policy explains what data the app handles and how it is protected.

Summary

• We do not collect or receive your data. There are no Mimir servers; the developer has no access to your recordings, transcripts or minutes.
• No tracking or analytics. Mimir includes no advertising or tracking SDKs.
• Nothing leaves your device through the app.

What data the app handles (only on your device)

• Audio of the meetings you record.
• Transcripts, minutes, titles, participant names and categories you create.
• App preferences.

All of this is stored only in your device’s local storage, encrypted at rest by the operating system while the device is locked.

Permissions

• Microphone: to record the meeting.
• Speech recognition: transcription happens on device.

They are used only for recording and transcribing; the content is not transmitted.

Third parties

Mimir uses audio and language processing components that run on device; they do not send your content to the internet.

Subscriptions

Purchases are handled by Apple (App Store). Mimir does not receive or store your payment details. That data is governed by Apple’s privacy policy.
