Mimir Terms of Use

Effective as of July 11, 2026.

By using Mimir you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

You are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Mimir on your devices, subject to the App Store rules.

Responsibility for recording

Mimir is a tool to record and summarize meetings. You are solely responsible for:

Informing and obtaining the consent of everyone before recording.
Complying with the applicable laws of your jurisdiction, which in many places require the consent of all parties to record a conversation.

The developer is not liable for improper or illegal use of the app, including recording people without their consent.

Subscription (Mimir Pro)

Mimir Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) that unlocks meetings of unlimited length, PDF export and categories.
Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase the subscription.

No warranties

The transcript and the minutes are generated automatically and may contain errors or omissions. Mimir is provided “as is”, with no guarantees of accuracy. Review the content before using it for important decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the current version will be available in the app and at the public URL.
